The IRPC uses different e-mail addresses. Please use the appropriate address for your enquiry:
- notifications@ivcie.be – To send a new notification
- transitwsr@ivcie.be – For shipment notifications (article 16), cancellations or changes to departure dates
⚠️ Do not use this address if your message requires a response from the IRPC. - askwsr@ivcie.be – To report problems with or make corrections to electronic shipment notifications
- incident@ivcie.be – To report an incident
- paymentswsr@ivcie.be – For all invoicing queries
In order to speed up processing and reduce the workload for everyone involved, please always use the correct e-mail address. This will ensure that your message is sent directly to the relevant department, enabling your request to be dealt with more quickly.
